Rebecca Louise specialises in costume & fashion jewellery and my debut collection is now available for wholesale.I supply Rebecca Louise wholesale jewellery to all kinds of businesses, including party planners, retailers, online boutiques, market traders and craft traders. My jewellery is affordable to both the retailer and their customer.
I am dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, to ensure all my customers remain happy with my products and service.
How to shop
Please email me at info@rebecca-louise.co.uk and i will email you my wholesale catalogue. Once you have choosen your items please email me your order. Once your order has been processed, i will call you for payment details. Please do not send your card details with your email as this can be un-safe.
Minimum order
Rebecca Louise minimum order is just £100 and all prices listed are inclusive of VAT. Delivery is subject to a £10.00 charge unless order is over £250, therefore the postage and packaging will be free.
Delivery
I will do my best to send your order within 7 days when payment has been received, however i do aim for next day delivery. This applies to all UK customers only. Delivery on orders outside the UK will be charged at a varied rate depending on destination and size etc... please contact me for details. I regret that any orders to ireland will have a different postage charge, please email for prices. UK mail is by courier.
Orders over £1000 will recieve a 10% discount.
Rebecca Louise will only dispatch your order when full payment has been made.
Payment
I accept credit/debit cards paypal or bank transfers. I will phone you for processing your card details. Please do not ever send your card details in an email as this is un-safe.
Returns
Claims for faulty goods or shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt, after this time and in all cases after 14 days of purchase no exchange or credit will be offered. When returning items to Rebecca Louise, i strongly recommend recorded delivery, as you are solely responsible for the safe arrival. Your items must be in the same condition as when sent to you and in the same packaging.
Any returns for non faulty items will not have the postage costs refunded. Returns must take place within 7 days and i must be informed before delivery by email.
For hygiene reasons no earrings can be returned.
Rebecca Louise returns policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.
