All orders placed with Rebecca Louise are done so on the understanding that delivery dates are approximate and are subject to availability. I endeavour to deliver your order within 14 days from receipt. My primary aim is to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes you may order something that is not immediately available. When this happens you will receive email confirmation of your order and an expected delivery date. NB: Only one delivery cost will be charged. Every effort will be made to send orders complete.

Delivery in the UK is £2.95 on all orders under the value of £80. Delivery is First Class delivery by Royal Mail.
Orders with a value of over £80 qualify for FREE UK delivery. Delivery is First Class delivery by Royal Mail.

Return Policy
All products from Rebecca Louise are covered by my guarantee. I will replace any product that is faulty. However, any damage done to products through own negligence will not be accepted. Some products will need extra care to be kept in a good condition. Leaf by Emma Jane is costume jewellery and may alter colour through time. Do not spray perfume directly onto jewellery. If you do wish to return any goods, please email me in the first instance. Please note: Goods cannot be returned without prior written agreement.
